This is not a support job. You will sit next to John Davy and help grow every business in the group. Events, corporate deals, fundraising, property, AI — you will own all of them and move fast.

What You Will Actually Do

You will juggle a lot at once. Here is what the job actually looks like.

  • Events — Own the calendar
    Six events a year. You find the venue, bring in sponsors, and make sure marketing fills every seat. No room for half-empty rooms.
  • Corporate Wellness — Open the doors
    Marisa's work works in corporate settings. You will be the person who walks into companies, talks to HR directors, and sells the employee wellbeing package. New revenue line, you build it.
  • Capital Raising — Fund the vision
    We are opening RTT therapy centres in Dubai and beyond. You will sit in investor meetings, prepare decks, and sometimes lead the pitch. If you have done this before, great. You need to want to do it.
  • Real Estate — Due diligence
    Research and due diligence on real estate opportunities connected to our Dubai presence and expansion plans. Thorough, commercial, quick.
  • AI & Emerging Tech
    We use AI every day. You should too. If you are not already experimenting with the latest tools and bringing them into how we work, this is not the role for you.
  • Portfolio Growth — Make the system multiply
    One business feeds another. A lead becomes a client who becomes a therapist who becomes an earner who brings more leads. Your job is to make that loop spin faster, not fix each business alone.

Thinks commercially first — You look at a business and see the model before the task. Everything has to connect to revenue, margin, or position. You think in those terms naturally.
Operates like it is your own — You do not wait for instructions. You see what needs doing and you do it. You take ownership like you founded the business yourself.
Shows up early — Day starts at 7AM. By 9AM all morning messages are handled and we walk in ready. That rhythm is non-negotiable.
Lives in AI — You use AI tools every day to get more done. You keep up with what is new and bring it to the team before anyone asks.
Juggles everything at once — Events, sales, investor meetings, property, AI. They all run at the same time. You keep each ball in the air.
Has presence — You will be in rooms with investors, executives, and global brands. You need to hold your own and believe in what you are selling.
